Our new construction buildings have modern sprinkler and alarm systems as well as real-time, motion-sensitive video surveillance monitored 24/7 by a third-party security vendor. Our premises are also patrolled daily by the local police department.
Disaster Preparedness
Backup generators ensure uninterrupted power during outages, maintaining consistent temperature and humidity control. Our in-house team uses company-owned snow removal equipment to keep warehouse operations open, safe, and accessible during inclement weather.
Continuous Uptime
NewRoads operates on a secure, cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) with built-in redundancies, automated back-ups, and multiple servers, ensuring continuous uptime.
Safety
We value our employees and ensure a safe and secure environment. We conduct weekly safety meetings and continuously train on proper warehousing techniques. We follow all government safety requirements including OSHA, FDA, and Tier II hazardous materials reporting.
